All instruments default to fahrenheit, inches, mph and all atomic time pieces are tuned to the 60 kHz, WWVB radio signal broadcast by the National Institute of Standards and Technology at Fort Collins, Colorado.

Used in kitchen because time couldn't be read from the side in the living room. Great accuracy in both inside and outside temperatures. Difficult to read from the side and had trouble getting the time set originally.
