Unfortunately this clock did not work when it first arrived. You could hear the ticking, however, the arms moved over and over in one spot. I was about to send it back but I had someone look at it. He took it apart and figured out how to make it work correctly. Since then it has worked fine. I really like the design and the colors match my kitchen beautifully.

Clock is very nice and heavy, not cheap. If I had to nitpick - then it would be from far away its kinda hard to see the hands because the black hands hide in front the painted flowers. Not sure if any other color hands would help. Otherwise its a very pretty clock and so far every one who's come in our kitchen has noticed it and commented how they like it. Same clock at a local store - was like $20-$40 more.

Everything was easy and not one problem. From ordering online to delivery to the door. Next time I go for another clock I will look here again.
