When the minute hand is straight up on 12, the hour hand is slightly off it's number. I've gotten used to it, but it shows a lack of quality and care in being inspected. How many things could there be to check on a clock that this would be overlooked?

This is a fine looking clock - it replaced the $5 one that we bought when we were just starting out (and which lasted 4 years). The look matches our kitchen hardware - sink, cabinet knobs etc. And it is an attractive clock. My only less than positive comment would be how loud the ticking is. But if you have kids (we don't) this might not be noticable.
