It would be useful to have the instructions about how to pop the time pieces out of the base to reset the time and get the batteries to work. Perhaps the instructions in my delivery were just overlooked? Finally figured it out on my own. Also, don't skimp on getting the plates professionally engraved, really adds to the attractiveness of the clock.
