Comments about Bai Design Cubist Retro Modern Wall Clock in Turquoise:

Received the first shipment of this item and the hour hand is free-spinning. I requested a replacement and the second unit ALSO has the same problem. The hour hand is not functional, it always points to '6'. Now I have two useless clocks and have requested a third because a refund would be shorted by the cost of shipping.

Service and delivery comments:

Twice I received defective product and could not get a refund for the full amount. If the manufacturer is responsible for an inadequate product, the manufacturer should be responsible for reimbursing CSNClocks for shipping expenses incurred by CSN - not the customer.

I have requested a third clock because I hope that one of these times a good one will show up.
